How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Do you ship to my state, and are there any restrictions?

We ship to most states nationwide. However, due to state regulations, there are some states we’re unable to ship to. You can view full details in our Shipping Policy, or simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see if your location qualifies for shipping.

What are my delivery options (pickup nearby vs. home delivery)?

You can choose to have your order shipped to a nearby freight terminal for pickup or delivered directly to your home or business. Pickup at a terminal is often the fastest and most cost-effective option.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup or delivery?

You can track your order anytime directly on our website through the Tracking Page. Once your shipment is ready, the freight carrier will also give you a call to schedule your pickup or delivery.

Why is the minimum age to purchase 21?

We are based in New Hampshire, where state law requires customers to be 21 or older to purchase fireworks. While some states allow purchases at 18, all orders placed with us must meet New Hampshire’s 21+ requirement.
